The platform operator (hereinafter: the "Operator") places importance on providing an equal, respectful, accessible and independent service to all users of the application, including people with disabilities.

The Operator acts on the premise that every person, regardless of their disability, should be able to enjoy a convenient and safe experience using the application's services, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

1. Accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at level AA, which adopts the guidelines of the international WCAG 2.1 standard.
2. As part of making the application accessible, the following technological adjustments were implemented:
   1. The application is adapted to work with common screen readers, including TalkBack on Android devices and VoiceOver on iOS devices. Text labels have been adapted for all buttons, fields and interactive elements.
   2. The application supports changing font sizes according to the user's operating system settings, while maintaining the screen structure. In addition, proper contrast ratio between text and background was ensured.
   3. The interface supports navigation using standard accessibility gestures and external keyboard navigation. The information hierarchy in the screens was built in a logical manner that allows easy and quick orientation.
   4. Data entry fields (such as pet details, delivery address and contact details) include clear instructions, real-time error indication and auto-fill support where possible.

Accessibility Reservations and User Content

3. The Operator makes efforts to make all parts of the application accessible. However, the user acknowledges that in the "Wanted" community space, user content is uploaded including images, free texts and location markers on a map, which are uploaded by third parties in real time.
4. Due to the nature of the user content, some of the information uploaded by users (such as alternative image description - Alt Text or accuracy in the verbal description) may not be fully or properly accessible.
5. The digital map component in the application is based on third-party services. Therefore, there may be accessibility limitations in the map component itself arising from the external provider's limitations.
